From the start, they were very quick to respond, communicate and take their time explaining everything to me. They saw my dog right away. Very thorough, compassionate and understanding. Their surgical techniques were perfect for our situation and the aftercare instructions were very specific and easy to follow. They provided all the medications our dog needed. Would recommend if you need specialty care or emergency services after-hours.

My sweet Yorkie passed away during the night on a Friday night. I called Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Chattanooga because they are the emergency clinic for my regular veterinarian who would not be available until Monday. Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Chattanooga told me I could bring my sweet baby to them and they would hold her until my regular veterinarian was available to make arrangements. They treated me and my sweet dog with such care ~ at 4:30 in the morning. I never felt rushed and they were so kind. I will be forever grateful to them for the care they showed me and my sweet baby that morning.

I was visiting Chattanooga to see my parents and my Chihuahua fell down a set of stairs and fractured a leg that had already had 2 prior surgeries. The staff and veterinarian were professional and compassionate to both myself and my Peanut. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience and would recommend Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga to anyone needing emergency care. They also took the extra step to get her prior records from her home vet and to make sure they were aware of what was happening for follow up. Ten stars just isn't enough!

Unfortunately, I found it necessary to take my dog, Whiskey, to AESC over the weekend. She ended up staying for two nights and having stomach surgery around midnight on Saturday. Of course, I was very upset and concerned, however, the staff at AESC helped to calm some of my worry in that they were all very professional and confident. They were very understanding when I called for a checkup only an hour and a half after I left their facility. Additionally, they contacted me regularly with updates to let me know their recommendations for treatment and to provide an update on Whiskey. They seemed genuinely concerned for Whiskey and their main goal was "to get her well." I'm happy to say Whiskey is at home and seems to be recovering well, but the staff at AESC encouraged me to call or bring her in for a follow up if I have any concerns. In the event you find yourself needing emergency/specialty veterinary services, I highly recommend AESC.
