How to refer clients to us

  1. Visit our website or give your client the information to call us directly.
  2. Once we receive the referral and the pet’s medical records, we will call the client to schedule an appointment. If we are unable to make contact with the client after three attempts, we will contact you and inform you of the status.
  3. After the client’s visit with us, you will have continued access to our records through Shareville.
